1) How is CA Venture's reputation in London/the European market?
2) They are advertising a role which depends on the investment team but the role itself is not purely investment. In the role you basically assist all divisions, including investments, asset management and property management. How do you see this as a career start in real estate? Would it be easy to then move to a purely investments role after some years in case I don't like it?

I wouldn't be worried about a generalist role, particularly in this market where acquisitions teams are doing nothing. You won't get pigeonholed until you've been in the industry 3 years or so.
Have heard bad things about their culture. It’s a company owned 100% by Tom Scott so up to him on how he wants to compensate employees.
Would probs try and stay away unless this is your break in opportunity to get into REPE if that’s what you’re going for
