I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Bioderma micellaire water + a water-based cleanser for a gentle but effective double cleanse.

La Prarie products are lovely but way overpriced - you can get the actives contained in them for far less at Drunk Elephant etc. If you’re looking to spend lots on skincare would recommend you use this cash to see a dermatologist - they’ll look at your skin type and condition and help you build a personalised routine.

Hey! Absolutely, La Prairie is a solid choice for skincare. I've tried their stuff, and it's great. But hey, if you're looking for more options, brands like Neutrogena and Cetaphil have some awesome products, too.

Laneige, avene, khiels, sunday Riley, La roche posay, tatcha, medik8 and skinceuticals r top skincare brands (better than La prairie) and have some insanely effective products. Make sure ur not using certain actives at the same time (there r a lot of rules for this so I won’t type them here). Your best bet is getting a free consultation from a derm or the dermstore website and going from there.

Adapelene .1% differn gel at night its a retinoid and the best mostizuer and glycolic acid 7% the ordinary in the morning as a cleanser. Perfect combo for oily skin fits every skin condition.

My wife's a dermatologist and I still have no clue what anyone is talking about in this thread.

The truth is you're the weak. And I'm the tyranny of evil men. But I'm tryin', Ringo. I'm tryin' real hard to be the shepherd.
