Should I ditch the grad scheme for an analyst role at a boutique?

I'm 18 months into a grad scheme at a big, well known Asset Management firm working in equities. I expect to roll off towards the end of the year as an analyst, but I'm getting a lot of offers for boutique/family offices. From a medium-long term perspective, is it better to stick with the big company for now, or jump ship and take on a role at a small, private boutique with a couple $bn AUM instead of a few hundred $bn? Roles are very similar, probably more responsibility at the boutique and pay a little better with much higher bonus. From a development/LT perspective though, should I ditch or stick?
