I’m a little competitive so rank in your order of preference the best types of women you’ve dated, in whatever ranking system you want. But write how you got there so the thread doesn’t have a lot of lame a** dumb-dumb replies.
And let’s make this fun, what is the hierarchy of banker wives at your firm? The cream of the crop? The upper echelon? The Mrs. to Mr. Banker. At my firm, I believe divorce is almost a pre-req for promotion or an uneventful consequence, thereafter. So, the best wives are the ones that avoided divorce and are happily married ofc.

Teacher as a spouse is great - far more balanced, focused on people development day in/out, more time off, better flexibility.
My cousin dated a woman long distance while he was in IB doing 80-90 hrs a week. They’re married now. Their secret? She was busy as fuck too working in wealth management, and she understood the hours. Get someone who also has the same mindset and competitiveness, and you’ll be able to be on the same page. He ended up joining a PE firm at 23 (granted a month before his birthday), and she’s getting her CFA right now. They both work 60ish hours in a normal week and it works great for them. That’s just my suggestion.

I’m pretty retarded (only applied to one MBA program for its location to try to find a boyfriend and got rejected off waitlist with no other options), 5’11”, mid twenties, zero body count (grew up in a very traditional family), and a size 2 if anyone is interested or has friends in good shape that are interested. My academics are okay enough (above 1500 SAT, 329 GRE) to the point where my kids shouldn’t be retarded at school at least. Not blonde though, dark hair. ofc it does, I’m over 30 and I seem to have better luck with women 5-10+ years younger than me. Problem is the 2-3 I was seriously considering marrying were virgins and did not want to get married around 25. They were probably upper middle class - upper class and likely honest but atsm I don’t want to date lower and end up with a gold digger.

You should only date/marry someone whose best qualities will compound over time, especially if you're planning on kids!
My wife is perfect for me. She's super organized and on top of things, so I literally do nothing that isn't work related, she was cool with quitting her 6 figure finance career for me, etc. When we had to move this year for my work stuff, she dealt with preparing and selling our apartment in the US - got it all done in ~2 weeks so we could move on time.
Honestly, it feels like someone moved the life difficulty scale from a 9 to a 7 after I met her lol
Y’all are looking at the jobs, and while yes that’s important, you’ll quickly overlook red flags bc “she checks the boxes”.
Get you a rockstar woman you can trust 100%, who loves and cares about you, pushes you to be better, and ultimately can be a great mother (if that’s what you want, but good mothers typically have those qualities anyways). At that point, it’s up to your ego and self esteem to determine if she’s hot enough or not. But tbh, if you’re a high quality guy, you’ll land a hot wife.
