Interview
First phone interview then group interview. Phone interview is by a HR person who reports her opinion to the actual business unit who decides to interview you or not. In my case, group were not interested in having an interview with me because I was not familiar with one of the assets classes they work with and at my pay level they thought this was necessary for them.
Interview Questions
There were not any difficult or unexpected questions, all questions were straight forward about my past experience and skills i gained from them. They did examine my resume thoroughly asking questions about even my first job, which is not really relevant. They wanted to know what skills I developer at each step of my career.
