Good P&L numbers
What are GENERAL P&L numbers for the following:
1) Book size (how much they can have at risk)
2) Good daily P&L to shoot for (50, 75, 90 percentile figures)
3) Good annual P&L to shoot for (probably (2) multiplied by 252, but shit happens) (50, 75, 90 percentile figures)
3) Minimum P&L needed to not get fired/moved
Please list expectations for 1st-years, 2nd-years, and 3rd+.
Much appreciated.
Maybe, JUST MAYBE, this might vary from desk to desk. Just maybe.

If possible, please give answers for your desk and/or desks with which you are familiar.
Thank you for your help.
gotta be honest with you here man, i'm generally fairly open with things, but there is absolutely no way i'm putting this sort of info on a public message board.
