Does attending to Target Unis helps one later in one’s career?

Some context: I come from a 3rd World country and did my bachelor in my home country with an exchange program to a very prestigious European Target school. Currently, I am writing my master thesis on another European Target school and trying to get into Frankfurt’s IB job market, but I keep getting rejections. I have experience on a trainee brokerage program and a five month internship in Corporate M&A (plus I will be doing 6 months on CF consulting for PE/VC clients, I will be the financial modeling bitch)
Is it possible for me to land a graduate program in 2025 with a acceptable C1 German?

No- going to a good school will be detrimental to your life and career in the long term. Thanks!
