Question on Mortgage Lending technicals

I am interviewing for a mortgage lending team and need to know how to study for the interview. I have passed the first round interview albeit not very technical. I need to understand the mortgage underwriting process from a technical perspective. How one would underwrite a property, etc in addition to any technicals you may think would be helpful.

This is for an analyst position, and I am coming from an investment banking background so I’m not too technically up to sound for real estate. Would appreciate your help thank you!
