Does anybody know if a lot of DEVELOPMENT firms require Argus Enterprise Certifications?

I have 8 years of development experience, but I'm looking to enhance my resume with some certifications. I'm taking the REFAI course - and I've been thoroughly impressed so far; I highly recommend. I know most Acquisitions and Asset Management positions require Argus Certifications, but I'm interested to know if development firms look for AE certifications as well. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated fellas:)

I would say it’s largely dependent on the asset class. Most asset management/acquisitions jobs I applied for did not have require or even ask for an Argus cert even though I had one.

Yup. Totally dependent on asset class.

Multifamily? No use for it.

Office? Definitely (are office development firms hiring lmao?)

Retail? Maybe

Industrial? Maybe
