PE Backed Portco Compensation - Need some insight

Curious of comparison points for a SVP M&A role in PE backed company. My case:
EBITDA 50M$, valued mid teens xEBITDA
Base is 250k
Bonus 50%
Equity (based on hurdles, MM, IRR etc) targets 700k$ at exit
I feel like the EQ piece is too low. Any advice?
