First time meeting headhunter, what to do?

Hi Monkeys,

I just finished my undergrad and I am about to start working full time. I have a "get to know" meeting next week with a headhunter in a nice restaurant.

What should I do?
Do I need to wear a suit?
How long are those sessions typically? How can I prepare?
Do I need to being any materials?Any way to find out which firms the headhunter is currently covering?Any other tips & tricks?
