Best path to make world changing money (I.e. billions)?

Not a stupid question. Understand that realistically you need a ton of capital (billions) to have any sort of impact or change on the world. Therefore which route in finance is the best to achieve this. I'm not retarded and understand there is a <0.01% chance of this but I have one life so may as well try + indifferent about maximising risk adjusted compensation since your life isn't much different with $5M vs $15M. I know most people will say entrepreneurship but A) I don't have any good ideas B) I can't code C) I'm interested in finance so more likely to be successful pursuing passion.

I would currently think best path is HF but open to any insights thanks.

That would be the best way for the median person, but as I said I have no interest in software development and am much more interested in finance therefore for myself I don't believe its the best way.

Entrepreneurship is the best was to make billions. Only way I can think of outside of that is creating a fund that grows to a massive size, making you an influential figure in the field of finance; you could then use that influence to sell books or rake in speaking fees
