Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries - it’s JP’s middle market division but it falls under the commercial banking arm

I started my career at JPM MMBSI. If your goal is IB, then do wells, if you want to do credit, then do MMBSI. MMBSI is S L O W but if you want to work with debt (I personally find credit fascinating, but didnt want to make a career out of it), then do that. Can always move to Wells Chicago or another bank
Where did you go to after mmbsi? Do people leave for private credit funds?

take IB at WF, much easier to go from IB to Corp or Commercial banking like MMBSI than vice versa
Wells CLT may be better, it’s easier to internally transfer at wells to a better office. I knew ppl who did CLT to NY and CLT to SF after SA
Of all the stupid questions asked on this forum this might take the cake. Take the IB job and suck it up in Charlotte for however long you have to. MMBSI pulls kids from state college career fairs
