Hi All,
Looking to aggressively lateral over coming in as second-year Analyst (subject to change). I am interested in the group despite the forums online expressing as being "very sweaty" and having massive turnover. I am in fact looking for any resources for anyone that finds anything positive say for the team. I know thew deal volume is strong and the teams look to operate lean. If anyone has some high level bullet points on why the group is strong, any transactions they have done or anything else that is relevant, it would be greatly welcomed.

Taken from a thread 5 months ago:
- They do everything gaming/casino related. David Berman the global head of the group is also the head of the whole IB division (known as Macquarie Capital), so obviously the group has great deal flow.
- Past couple of years they have worked on SG acquired by Brookfield, Eldorado's acquisition of Caesars, and Apollo's acquisition of GCG.
- The NYC team is only a handful of people with most of the team sitting in LA, obviously given Las Vegas.”
From 5 mins of research (should be accurate):
- Has been on a # of deals with Bally’s Co, a big entertainment company
- Has done a # of deals with Light & Wonder (big gambling services co.)
- Cool past deals: Churchill Downs Acquiring, numerous Caesar’s deals
