Help decide my internship

Sales and trading at a boutique IB within Vault's top 25
vs.
equity research for a large buy-side firm (not a HF though).

Discuss pros/cons and implications for my career? I have at least another summer to go, so either would look good on my resume. I may want to do HF or PE long term but trading might be really cool too, and I don't know yet whether I'd like it.

Thanks for your suggestions and insights.

vaults 25 doesnt mean much. be a little less lazy and give us some names if you want help. and most of the answers you want can be found by reading the 5 boards.
