Welcome to the real world mate. Grades aint everything. Inevitably, some people will get through the "Golden Doors" and other BB's for that matter. Do you think they want a uniform sample of high strung, neurotic over-achievers fresh out of pre-school? No. 90% yes, but not everyone. Somebody's actually got to have personality, a knack for inappropriate wit and a mild sense of humor.

Don't worry about it chap, my bet is that this guy will probably develop the same plaguing self-conscious ailments courtesy of a relentless search for approval and as a result of his low GPA, feel as though he has something to prove and defend to his peers, management and himself. (You won't even know he was an underachiever in school) Eventually despite his emaciated state and newly acquired high-strung disposition and "assorted dependencies", he'll probably finish near the top of his class.

S&T is more about personality than grades. There was a thread posted a while back someone had a 2.6 GPA in Sociology or something like that, and got a job in S&T

Dude, what is your mother fucking problem? Leave me the fuck alone. You are a douche bag. You are how to save a life posing as me. Go fuck yourself.

DanBush this thead was a real success....maybe if u had just admitted it and asked us straight-up for some advice....

so getting back onto the topic, I actually had two friends who both broke into Morgan with sub 3.0 gpas. One with a 2.9 actually got into banking with the other 2.8 got into S&T as well. Honestly, i believe once you've landed your interviews, the resumes dont really matter as much anymore. It's all about how you talk, sell yourself and personality fit. Both of those friends were GREAT speakers and I think that they were indeed lucky to even land the interviews, but doing great at their interviews had to do with their great ability to talk and sell themselves.
