Starting Salary/Bonus Middle Office Risk

Pivoting into finance and in the final stages for a role titled as a senior associate in the NYC metro area within a hedge fund (30B+ AUM). The salary range is 150-200. Is this a fair range for a role requiring 5 years of experience? What sort of bonuses do these roles typically get and are they negotiated at offer like the tech industry does? The role itself is trade surveillance/risk analysis. Thanks for any advice, I would just like to be prepared in case I receive a verbal offer.
