To stay warmer in the office a nice knit sweater is nice, nothing too oversized and limit the patterns, a plain knit sweater is always safe, also cardigans or open casual blazers are great to keep with you in case you get a little chilly

When it's really cold get a puffer jacket, I'd probably do Spyder as a junior rather than Canada Goose or Moncler
