Strategy& vs. Capital One Business Analyst

Hi all! I'm deciding between Capital One Business Analyst and Strategy& FS for my junior year internship. Does anyone have any advice, especially relating to the type of work and exit opportunities?

I received a FT offer for Strategy& next fall and can confirm that my friends at Capital One are getting paid a few k more with a larger signing bonus. Could you talk more about the typical exit ops for S&?

curious why s&? c1 has good brand name, better WLB, comparable MBA exits by the look of it. also a lot of other posts online say they're fairly equal. and as far as i can tell all the other commenters are juniors in college

hmm... not sure I understand your point. seems like you're saying people at S& only get an MBA to take a couple years off, but unsure how that plays into selection bias. could you clarify please?

So one of them is consulting and one of them isn't

At S&, you'll see more rapid advancement, and exit options are highly diversified since you can spin your experience in different ways due to the project-based nature of work

The downside is WLB is worse, but most people that want to enter into consulting are in the camp that a few years of intense work are worth the more rapid career advancement

You have two great options and you should feel very proud of yourself for getting them, but if you want to be a consultant then the answer could not be more straightforward
