Summer Intern

First there is a short 15 minute screening. I was screened by an analyst. Asked me some basics and a couple of questions regarding my resume. He then went on to ask me some basic fundamental questions, DCF, WACC, CAPM, etc...

After that I was told that I would be hearing back from HR to see if I would move on to the case study. HR emailed me and asked me to pick a date to do a 5-hour case study. The case study consisted of comparable and precedent transaction modeling, along with some written analytical stuff on an M&A deal. Some powerpoint slides and that was basically it. Will say, if you don't know how to do a simple relative valuation and precedent transaction quickly, you should practice. The other stuff is simple.

The final interview was brief we just went over the role, touched on my case study, and went over any questions I had.
