Need a resume critique
Hi all.
Currently a senior at a non-target, looking to get into Equity Research. I have had a pretty good application to interview ratio, and getting interviews hasn't been too big of a problem, I want to see where I can improve on my resume.
I can't tell where your right margin ends and it makes it seem like there is a lot of white space on the right side of the page and also makes it look like stuff is not aligned
Your hobbies, skills, etcetera have almost no white spice between them and the line drawn.
Don't want to rehash. You use "Assisting" and "Conducted", just use past tense for all verbs.
Did you time travel as a Financial Research Analyst?
Lots of Vertical and Horizontal Lines - try to minimize. It will look more consistent and easier to read through.
I would move "Member of" to under school and make it a bullet point as well as relevant courses. Rename the bottom section (something like - extracurricular activities and other information) and have each of your sections with bullet points of the information.
Don't underline titles, use italic. Maybe add in the locations above dates.
