Hi. I am about to graduate from my Master studies. I have worked as an Intern in two Big 4s (in Due Diligence and M&A groups) and worked as an IBD analyst in the boutique - focused mostly on project finance, infrastructure and transportation. My goal is to reach VC. I know it's easier in London/Berlin since I'm based in Europe - but based on your experience (most of you are American) - do I have any chances to get an interview in US? Notice I don't have any contacts so this would be only cold e-mailing. Thanks.

Not really IMO. I am Europe based and currently working in a Tier 1 bank with previous Big 4 experience and I have not seen people moving directly from Europe to US to do something they have not done before, esplecially after graduation. In my opinion, if you want to do VC in the States you should work on a 5 years plan that 1) bring you to the US, 2) give you solid experience for VC (i.e. IB in TMT/HC or Consulting). This is a very long shot for everyone, even for people in TMT at GS in Europe, so plan carefully but do not expect to get anything out of grad.
