Trader Assistance to Trader
Hey guys, I work as Trader Assistance in India ( Barclays, Societe Generale, HSBC) wanted to know if it's possible to move from this role to becoming an actual trader?
What pathway should I pick, I also would want to be in Europe in coming years(I love traveling).

To be honest, this sound like a near impossible move. I would suggest trying to take granular steps. For eample.
TA (India) -> TA (London) -> S&T in unknown shop -> S&T in brand name... But even that won't be easy
