Prop Desk Compensation
I was wondering if anybody knew what average compensation was like at a prop desk for different levels. Is it in line with flow trading or being at a hedge fund?
Thanks so much for your help.

the answer is yes. it is inline with comp at a flow desk or hedge fund.
I only interned, but here is my take. If you look at rankings of traders by the highest bonuses, most work on a prop desk. Therefore I would suggest that the median and not the average pay remains in line.
