Power Trading Exit Opportunities

Hello all, looking for some insight on possible exit opportunities from power trading. Currently doing real-time trading for a small/medium sized utility. The shift hours and compensation are very good since I've been out of college for only a short time, but I took this job knowing it was a temporary gig.

Would like to get up to 2 years experience in this position, then look elsewhere. I will likely want to move away from shift hours at that point, so I've considered day-ahead trading as well, but would like to get an idea of what else is possible, even outside the trading world. I would not rule out jobs located internationally either, I think it would be a great experience. I did not go to a very well-known college or get amazing grades, so that is something to keep in mind, since I know that will be very important in certain industries. However, I work hard, learn fast, and communicate well.

Thanks in advance for all the help and suggestions.
