Need some advice for interview, etc.

I've posted on this site before, I have been trying to get a job in trading for the past few months, with little avail. I graduated from college about 7 months ago, applied to a lot of places with little luck. I was wondering how bad this is, and how bad is it to an interviewer.

One good thing is I will be soon having an interview with a bank, for a assistant in their equity sales position. Its a temp/perm position, and seems ok. I was wondering how I should prepare for that interview. Thanks.
