Hi, any advice on how I can recruit FO role in London from Toronto?

Current background is at one of the CAD banks rates sales seat. Is internal transfer the only way or would you suggest to reach out to headhunters directly? (My banks London team doesn’t have a strong presence there).. Would be interested in structuring role (fx/rates solutions) as well - had a decent experience in that as well.
