Finance and CS Dual Major w/ Low GPA - Need some advice

So I am a dual major in Finance and Comp Sci from a non-target. I interned in Equities this past summer at a BB and didn't really enjoy the work too much and decided not to go back. With the way recruiting is now going, I realize that I probably should have taken the offer and ran, but that is water under the bridge at this point. I have a 3.2 GPA and am still looking for my way into Finance/Trading. I know the cutoff for banks is a lot higher not to mention the difficulty coming from a non-target. Has anybody been here before and what should I do? Is a Masters degree still in the cards? Is that even the right path? Any comments or advice would be truly appreciated!
