Where would I be competitive??
I'm thinking about applying to MFin programs to get a good school on my resume since I'm from a non target. Where do you think I could get into w good essays? I want to go into the trading side of Sales and Trading.
Stats:
3.5 overall gpa 3.7 major (major in economics and minor in mathematics)
SA at a Middle Market firm
Internship at a private equity firm (100mm aum)
Internship with a discount broker
GMAT: currently studying for it, scoring in the high 600's/ low 700's on practice tests.
extra: couple academic honor societies, tutoring
UVA Masters in Commerce- financial services concentration
Ask the folks over at Quantnet.com/forum this question and look around there. Lot of good information there about MFE programs and MFin programs.

anyone know any specific programs that would be best for S&T excluding top tier MFE programs cuz I don't want to be a quant and I dont think I would be competitive at princeton mfin, MIT, Berkeley..etc
