Undergrad: Where to transfer for target/semi-target?

Hi everyone!

So I just committed to my undergrad school, Stony Brook Honors College (NY state school). I thought I wanted to be a physicist. It was already too late into the college process before I learned what a "target" was, and I'm dead set on transferring. Even my tour guide told me to transfer if I wanted to do IB.

What schools should I apply to considering I should do really well at Stony Brook? Right now I have a 99 weighted GPA, maybe a JPM internship this summer (or Sales/Estimates with another company), and lots of EC's.

I'm thinking Columbia, Barnard (higher transfer rate), Georgetown, UPenn, Dyson Cornell, and NYU Stern. The Big 3 Ivies accept under 20 transfers per year and I know I'm not that special. Any that I'm missing? Thanks!
