Thought on Tulane MSF Program

Hi friends, i need your advice,

I'm an international student, just applied to several universities in the US, i already got admitted to OSU  (Ohio State University) MSF, and Tulane University (Freeman) MSF with a 40% merit scholarship and TA (Teaching Assistantship). I wanted to ask you a couple of questions about the program and the university.  I was wondering if someone could help me out in the following matters about Tulane.

What are the exit opportunities from Tulane especially the MSF program to entry-level positions in BB IBs primarily in major hubs? (NY, Chicago, Boston) Also, what’s the reputation of the university and the program on the street, is it recognized at all? Does Tulane get on-campus recruitment? Would you say that it’s a semi-target or non-target?

Also a little bit about my background, I graduated from the University of Derby (UK) with First Class Degree (4.0 GPA), I founded a finance club at UoD as well as a debate team, also represented my university in the United Nations Model contest. I've acquired numerous certificates from universities such as Harvard, Stanford, Colombia in STEM fields. And I'm taking CFA L1, By my graduation, I will have all three levels completed (hopefully).

I wanted to summarize my background for you to have a better understanding of my prospects. In consideration of my background and Tulane Education, what would be my chances of breaking into BB IBs in the above-mentioned locations?
