3.0 from target school into IB

I’m a current senior at a top 10 university (Harvard, Yale, Penn, Stanford, etc) studying economics. My gpa is in the gutter. 3.0 currently and if I’m lucky, I’ll scrape by with a 3.1 by the time I graduate. My grades were pretty solid at the start of college (3.7+) but I ran into some family and health issues halfway through and started failing classes. I’ve had a few research assistantships, have published a paper in a reputable economic journal, and have a had one IB internship at a boutique in NYC. Is there any hope for me? I’m scared that my 3.0 will seriously hinder my chances at getting employed anywhere.
