MSF Article on Business Because

I am a member of Business Because, but don't really do too much with it. I have it on my MSF twitter and saw an interesting article on the MSc degree. Thought it might be of interest for you guys.

It is a relatively new degree so I understand. What I don't get is how "Masters in Finance" can be confusing. If someone told me they had a Masters in Bread Making I would imagine they knew how to make bread.

Are the materials covered under MFin similar to the CFA or are they much different? I am trying to see if the degree is worth pursuing vs. studying for the CFA, and I am referring to the non quant MFin.

There are a variety of MSF programs that are affiliated with the CFA and prepare you for the exam(s) by virtue of the coursework. There's a list on Anthony's blog.

If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses - Henry Ford

Ok this might be a really stupid question but I've been wondering what's the core difference between MSF and MFE, difficulty of curriculum, and how they are viewed differently(or indifferently) in the job markets.
