Msc Economics

What are, in your opinion, the best masters in economics (or economics & finance) in Europe? (Not only to continue in academia with a PhD, but also to land job).
I have herd of the LSE/UCL in the UK (and oxbridge obviously), of the One in Barcelona andò the Bocconi One (btw I am from italy)
One professor of mine recommended KU Leuven, the university of Luxembourg, and the "free" university of Bruxelles (i am not sure about the translation tho).
I have another question too: what Kind of jobs can you get with these type of masters? (I mean, for instance, can i get also job in IBD/PE/AM or just as economist in a bank/ other organizations like OECD etc ).
I am not totally sure about what i Want to do My life (Work in finance ora as an economist/ pursue a PhD). Is there any program that accept the GMAT instead of the GRE for econ/fin&econ ? (I know for ex. That bocconi accept it for Economic And Social Sciences aka ESS)
Thank you all in advance!
