MS Finance US
Hi there!
Is it worth it, in your opinion, to get a Msc Finance in the US (I am a EU citizen)?
I am not taking into consideration MIT/Princeton/ MFE UCLA/UCB (don't have the credentials).
But what about USC/Vanderbilt? How would you compare them with the top european programmes (eg HEC/LSE/LBS/Bocconi)?
Is it harder to get in as a EU citizen? Would you consider it a safe/valuable choice to work in the US? Do you have any information on the placement or do you have other noteworthy schools to suggest?

Absent any information about your academics or test scores, it is difficult to assess your candidacy.
That said, assuming your GPA and GMAT/GRE are within range for the class profiles, you will be a compelling candidate. These programs are looking for diversity and there are likely fewer applicants from the EU than from other geographies.
In terms of working in the US, I presume the degree would grant you a STEM extension which would open the opportunity to work in the US for longer than the standard graduate.
