MBA in Europe

Hello world, I'm searching for business school advice and thought this was a decent place to lob it up and see if someone slams it down.

I'm in my 2nd yr on a sell-side bond trading desk covering flow on multiple products. I studied Economics from a major university in the states and want to stay in the fixed income space for my entire career - I think. I recently had a major life change (girl I was planning to marry ghosted me, idk why, maybe due to grad school, maybe due to finding someone else, idk, but it doesn't matter anymore).

I recently went on a trip to Italy/France with friends and returned to the states thinking that it would be a phenomenal experience going to grad school in Europe if the opportunity arises.

What are the best schools to look into? I want to be in a city where I could work an internship on a trading desk (is this even feasible for an American?)

Any and all thoughts are appreciated.

I'm a big fan of Spain, so I think studying in Barcelona would be a blast.

For finance, LBS is the top choice. For the most fun, IESE and INSEAD are great.

Just a disclaimer, if you plan to move back to the US, it's better to go to a top 15 school than going to a top international school.

Do what makes you happy--for once, stop thinking about the consequences--whatever you want in life, if you are determined, you will achieve through grit.

If I could do it all over, I wouldn't mind choosing some EU school over some state program. Life is short and you can't turn back time, so just keep on trucking.
