Looking for transfer-friendly business/econ undergrad programs ideal for recruiting

I'm not exactly an ideal candidate at 24, having worked full time in menial jobs while attending a fairly good community college in California known for transfers. In the last year or so, I took a pay decrease to work as an accounting assistant and am working hard to find sophomore summer internships to enhance my extracurriculars. Beyond that, I have fairly irrelevant extracurriculars like a music label internship and a moderately successful blog. I will be looking at adding an Honors society and maybe our business fraternity if I can make it work.

Statistically, I have a 3.8 GPA in business administration and a 3.68 in economics, which should both be at 3.8 by Fall (if not slightly higher). I did poorly my first year in a few classes due to work commitments. (One C in an arts class and nothing below a B in major prep). In California, I've seriously looked into applying to Berkeley Haas (Econ as a backup), USC Marshall, UCLA Business Econ, and Claremont McKenna as a reach. Out of state, I'm only looking at UVA McIntire, NYU Stern, and Georgetown seriously, but realistically, they are all reaches with my GPA.

What other programs do you recommend I look into? I am willing to pay for a private school unhappily as long as it brings me closer to my goals of a job in IB, ideally a financial analyst role, perhaps PWM. I'm also looking for advice on what else I can do to improve transfer odds and what opportunities might be available to me as a community college student in terms of internships/extracurriculars.
