Full-Time MBA - USC Marshall vs University of Washington Foster

Recently accepted into both USC Marshall FT and UW Foster FT MBA Programs. I have to decide by February and am split evenly on which one to choose.

Background: Non-target undergrad, working in Finance/Biz Dev at a F500 corp startup.

Post MBA, I don't know exactly what I want to do, but I've been thinking about consulting (preferably M&A, strategy, etc) MBB would be awesome, but I know that is a reach for both schools. Also thinking about Corp Dev roles, I know that typically requires IB experience, but I have heard of MBAs going straight into associate Corp Dev roles as well. Lastly, I have enjoyed working in a startup and would do it again, but want to focus more so on the finance and strategy side of it.

I was wondering what the recruiting difference would be for Marshall vs. Foster for these types of paths. I have been weighing my options and have boiled it down to:

Marshall: USC network in LA and on the west coast is awesome, more finance opportunities in LA, as well as some PE/HFs in LA. Tier 2 consulting firms recruit Marshall grads and McKinsey hires out of Marshall as well. Even some IB recruiting out of Marshall as well.

Foster: Strong network in the PNW, Seattle has a lot of tech and the big firms (Amazon, Microsoft, etc.). Foster also has strong consulting recruiting, with tier 2 firms and McKinsey hiring Foster grads. Also, with all the tech in Seattle there are lots of startup opportunities and even VC firms that recruit out of Foster. Foster says they send a lot of grads into "tech", but they aren't specific as to what functions within, seems like Foster may produce more PM grads than finance grads.

Also Foster gave me in-state tuition and a scholarship, so I'd save ~$100k by going to Foster compared to Marshall, this is a consideration, but not a deciding factor.

Personally, I've lived in SoCal my entire life and don't really see myself staying there. I've visited Seattle, really liked it and could see myself living there (outdoor activities, skiing, etc). All that being said, I don't want to sacrifice potential career opportunities just to live in Seattle.

Any feedback is appreciated. I don't know many Marshall or Foster grads, so any intel on either schools recruiting would be awesome. Thanks!
