emory
I am an incoming freshman at emory university. I have seen that banks are moving up their recruiting timelines where internships are happnening sophomore summer which is problematic because the business school goizueta’s program starts junior year. Can anyone speak on emory’s success with BBs/EBs with this new timeline? Would it be worth it to transfer for better recruitment opportunities?
I think most schools have courses structured that way. Just keep a high gpa and network with alumni in finance and you shouldn’t be at a disadvantage
There are threads on this dude. Emory sends a lot of people to BBs and EBs. Recruiting from there is not hard at all. If you won't break in from Emory then you likely won't from basically anywhere else. There was exactly the same thread a while back. Look at the responses and ease your mind. https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forum/investment-banking/emory You're going to a great school! Enjoy college and don't be annoying.
