Eastern Europe student

Hello guys!I'm a first year undergrad in Romania and i am willing to pursue a MSc in Finance at LSE,HEC or why not target schools in US.Money are very short here in eastern europe and investment banking firms are inexistent.
Firstly,I would like to know if a Summer School will add value to my application and if it is worth the investment regarding my financial situation which is not very good.
Secondly,I'd like to know what part of the application is more important for the admissions staff and what should i focus on.I've already enrolled in a student club in which I am a trading trainee and currently developing a risk-related project besides volunteering in different conferences.
I contacted some romanian investment bankers who work in London and they will help me with my personal statement.

I am trying to keep my Grades up to 9/10 .
