Business Administration + Engineering . Which engineering should I choose?
Hello ,
I have been Admitted to study commerce + engineering degree at U.Sydney
And I am between these 3 engineering
-Mechanics
-Electrical
-Software
Mechanical almost ruled out . I was checking and most of the big CEOs studied electrical although there are also some who studied software. From what I understand it is easier to be an electrical engineer and then learn software if needed than vice versa.
My ideal path would be double degree -> MIF -> IB/PE 3 years -> MBA -> entrepreneurship .
I am not going to practice as an engineer in principle but I consider the tools it gives me quite important.
Which one do you think would serve me better ?
Thank you very much.
don’t base ur major off of what some random CEO studied 💀💀these are so inherently different just pick what you like, also ask urself why you want to go down that very specific structured path, it’s baffling that 17 year olds in college read a bunch of forums and take it for gospel
