22 Year Old B-School Advice

Hello Everyone,

I have been working for about a year now post grad but am starting to think about b-school down the line. I am not sure how I stack up for a MBA business schools<br /> ">M7 school and would like to look for ways to improve my chances.

GMAT-740 (49Q, 42V)
Undergrad- 3.5 finance and strategic management double major at a top 50 private university(closer to 50 not 25)
Work Exerpience: Rotational management/corporate strategy program at BB bank (JPM, GS, MS, BofA)
Extracurriculars-lots of undergraduate leadership experience, volunteering in the community currently

I'll have the option to leave the program I am
In after 1 year( 2 rotations). I am not sure how the program positions my application in comparison with applicants with IB experience.

Analysts from my program have moved into roles at boutique banks (think Lazard, Raymond James, Jefferies) or management consulting. There's a probably 50-50 chance I'll be able to move Into a banking role here through networking and refferals after 2 years, but I'm not sure I want to wait/take the chance. I am also looking at corporate development roles at companies outside of financial services.

Insight on my applications strength and my pre mba work experience would be great.

Thanks!
