2 years Financial Control + 2 years Teach For America = T10 BSchool or ???

Hi Everyone,

I need some advice. I have been working as a Financial Control Analyst within a large investment bank for the last 15 months (think JPM, BofA, Citi) since graduating from a non-target in 2011. The role is BO/MO, depending on how you interpret financial control (bottom line - not FO).

Recently, I received an offer from Teach For America. If I were to accept, I would end up leaving my current role with just shy of 2 years of work experience.

If I were to leave corporate and pursue TFA, would I then have to commit myself to going to bschool upon completion of Teach For America? Or would I have solid exit opportunities (consulting) without having to go the bschool route?

Would 2 years Financial Control + 2 years TFA get me into a top 10 BSchool? Would 2 years Financial Control + 2 years TFA get me into management consulting without bschool (my end goal) ?

Or should I not accept, and keep trying to work my way up the corporate ladder from the trenches of the back/middle office.
