Top Bay Area Brokers? Any Insight?
So a buddy of mine just happened to inherit a pretty large sized portfolio of multifamily properties and he was wondering what brokers he should use in the San Jose / Peninsula area? His units range from 5 to 50 units and wanted to see if anyone had advice on good brokers or top brokers that you guys may have used in the past? Thanks for the help!
What is he looking to do with them and do you know what specific areas/submarkets they are in?
