Stay or Move - Weighing Job Opportunities

Need help deciding on potential offers, a little background on myself - I am currently a Development Analyst at a large regional multifamily developer in Texas. Current compensation was ~$100k my first year and will be $120-130k all in in my second year. I think there is a lot of growth with this company and genuinely enjoy who I work with at this company. That being said I have a few jobs I am interviewing for that I would love to get some feedback on:

Development Associate Role at large/prestigious developer (Hines/Greystar, etc.) - location would be large Southeast city (Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte) and comp would be $140-150k all in

Acquisition Associate Role at midsized REPE firm (Virtus RE Capital, Stone Lake Capital, etc.) - location would be large Texas city (Dallas, Austin, etc.) and comp would be $140-150k as well.

Really interested to know if anyone thinks it’s worth it to jump from my current company to one of these options and any pros/cons of each. Thanks

The way I'm seeing your options are: leave Texas but still be in development, or stay in Texas but change careers to do acquisitions. I'm almost looking at all 3 as pretty equal and really just a matter of preference at this point. I'd probably opt to stay in Texas just because its always going to be a bigger market for opportunities compared to Charlotte and Nashville. Atlanta is although not too far behind Dallas and Houston though.

Why are you interviewing or what's making you interested to leave your current gig? I seriously value the growth aspect of a job, especially when you're young, pretty hard to find as it is.
