Short Term Rentals/AirBNBs in Florida
Found some properties of this nature with good historical cap rates in various tourist areas, only to then find out that there's an ongoing political push at the county and state level to "regulate" STRs with bullshit fines and what-not. I don't know anything about the actual political/legal landscape in Florida, so what do you guys think are the chances of an outright ban/overregulation?
