Senior Financial Analyst Role - Lease Consulting
So I am moving across the country and have been interviewing like mad. I have a job offer on the table and am looking for some advice on the possible benefits of taking the position as an analyst working in Lease Consulting. The role asks for ARGUS and Excel cash flow modeling, review of due diligence materials, expense reconciliations with a supporting role working with other team leaders on Tenant and NOI related Audits and Lease Abstract review. It's essentially 75% lease abstracting and 25% auditing.
My thoughts are that it sounds like a great place to gain some skills, but what can I exit into after two years? I'm not sure I want to be an auditor for two years. Any advice out there?
