Was wondering which big firms and or boutiques have a real estate office in miami. I know for example JP Morgan Commercial Real Estate has no offices in miami. So specifiaclly looking for ones that do have in this location..

I heard Blackwood Kravis Hinesfield has an office there. I think Goldmanstar and Pimpco are looking to open an offices there as well.

To be fair you said real estate investment firms, then parenthesized REPE which stands for real estate private equity, and called out JPM real estate without specifying which group like their banking group, reit, lending/cmbs, etc. and you hashtagged Hedgefunds. So kind of had it coming.
Hello everyone, I’m also looking to work in the Investment Sales (REPE) space in Miami FL. Please only provide names of firms that pay AN1 200k+. Carry preferred but not a necessity. No back office. Investment REPEs only please, no GP REPEs. Would consider PEREs if pay was high enough.
