Real Estate AM information (London)

I have recently been offered an internship in REPE Asset Management in a top fund that splits AM and acquisitions (think Blackstone, Brookfield...).

I know what the job is about but I'm wondering what's the working hours (been told around 60-70) and what's the pay. The base is the same as in the acquisitions group, 55K GBP, but bonus should be substantially lower, right?

Does anyone have any insight into this? Is AM considered much less prestigious than acquisitions in the top RE funds? Is it viewed as Middle Office? What are the possible exits like (if any)?

Thanks!
