RE career - Next step

Hi everyone,

I am Italian, 29, stuck and extremely confused!! I really want to change my current position for a different and a more challenging one; I was wondering how to make this change and which company could help me.

Work experience (5 years tot):
I'm currently a Senior Associate working in a Big4, RE division in Italy (advisory and valuation). Before I worked as Asset Manager in a leading Italian RE fund (Asset management with 5bln of AuM) and before as analyst in a boutique IB in London (RE division, doing market research and some advisory projects).

Education:
MSc Finance in a semi-target in London, 3,4 GPA.
BSc Business Administration in a semi-target in italy, 3,0 GPA.

I really enjoy RE so I dont want to change field, but now after three years in a Big4 the learning curve is quite flat, the salary very low and the path to become partner too long!
I like asset management and advisory, while I do not like valuation. Basically I dont know what to do: thinking about to join the big brokerage firms (JLL, CBRE...) or to apply for a top EU MBA program and then try the IB RE division or big tech companies such as Amazon, because I see they have small RE team quite challenging.

I am confused between MBA, brokerages or maybe something else that I dont know...

I really appreciate any input you could give me.

Thanks so much in advance!

A
